and I can't wait to get in your ear. You see - talking is my thing. If you’re into Human Design, I’m a self-projected projector, so talking is how I zero in on my truth, it’s my superpower. And as a result, I'm going against what the experts say and creating this book in audio format before it will ever be in a written print version.

A few things you should know about me before you put your headphones on to listen…

I am a mother to three beautiful little people - Ethan (9), Liviya (6) and Imani (4). Building my family and becoming the mother that I dream of being to them is the deepest, most trying and rewarding experience of my life.

My births rocked my world. I had a likely unnecessary C-section with my first, a VBAC in the hospital with pain management meds with my second, and my third…. I accidentally birthed her on my bedroom floor in less than three hours. Yeah, really.

I believe that birth, and death, can be catalysts for major change in our lives. It was after my younger brother died in a motorcycle accident at age 21, and I went on to have a VBAC just a few months later, that I woke up. I dropped out of my 10-year corporate real estate finance career, not knowing exactly what was next, but that it had to be purposeful.

Also, I’m an entrepreneurial shape shifter, breast explant warrior, recovering people pleaser, with an ongoing deprogramming happening in every area of my life (& business). I guess you could say that I’m a work in progress - aren’t we all? Isn't that what life is about? And yes, it’s all relevant because as heart-centered entrepreneurs, we are very close to our work, and we don’t do it in a vacuum. It’s all connected.
