Many of us enter birth carrying inherited stories about safety, trust, pain, motherhood, our bodies, and what is possible.

Whether you're preparing for birth yourself or supporting others through it, this workshop offers a completely different lens for understanding what we carry into birth and postpartum — emotionally, energetically, physiologically, and generationally.

Together we'll explore how inherited patterns, nervous system imprinting, and lineage experiences influence the transition into motherhood, birth outcomes, postpartum recovery, and the way we care for ourselves and others.

Guided Healing Experience

Participants will experience a gentle guided Expansion Principle healing process designed to support softening inherited fear, pressure, and nervous system patterns around birth and motherhood.

Birth professionals are invited to stay for an additional training and discussion focused on:

• Nervous system regulation in birth spaces
• What birth workers carry into the room
• Burnout, emotional load, and energetic overwhelm
• Practical EP tools for grounding, regulation, and clearing
• Resources you can utilize personally and share with clients

You do not need to become an energy healing practitioner to benefit from these tools.

You'll leave with practical resources, guided healing transmissions, and a deeper understanding of how inherited patterns influence both clients and caregivers.
